Here Bidda Bidda—Top Ten Reasons You Should Bid For My Original Italian Work Of Art

VernazzaLight As I prepare to offer an original work of art tomorrow at auction, I thought it would be fun to give you my top ten reasons for purchasing original art. My first-ever auction begins NOW and will run for exactly one week. The reserve price is only $75! Please join in the fun!! Go to: https://www.randyelrod.com/auctions or simply click the auctions button at the top of the randyelrod.com home page.

The piece that goes to auction tomorrow is Vernazza Light and is watercolor and graphite on handmade paper. It is 12″ x 16″ and can be framed easily and inexpensively in a standard 16″ x 20″ frame.

I sketched the original study while sitting on a bench on a perfect afternoon in the cliffside town of Vernazza in the Cinque Terra on the Italian Riviera. The afternoon sun hit the church and it was almost as if God was saying, “Here, Randy, I have lit the church for you, so that you will not miss it. Please paint my house!” I later finished the painting back in the states in my studio.
