My hometown Ringgold, GA was devastated by an EF4 tornado this past Wednesday evening. My brother’s neighborhood was destroyed (his house was one of three untouched by the mile wide twister) and the historic city district on Main Street demolished as well as my middle school and high school.
A longtime friend of mine, Shana, facebooked me and suggested I paint a watercolor to benefit the Ringgold, GA victims. I was immediately inspired to do something.
To make this effective, I am placing every person who donates a minimum of $10 into a raffle for my original watercolor. If you donate $30. your name goes in three times. Donate $100. and your name goes in 10 times, etc.
EVERYONE who donates a minimum of $50 will receive a archival Giclee print.
The raffle will be help now through the drawing Monday morning at 12 noon. Your donation is tax-deductible and our non-profit will give 100% of proceeds to the First Baptist Church Ringgold Tornado Relief Fund.
