At the age of fifty-seven and in the second half of my life, I realize I don’t have a lot of answers, but I sure have a lot of questions. Here are a few that have changed my life. Perhaps one of them can do the same for you.
1. If I didn’t know how old I was—how old would I be?
2. What is one thing I can quit doing now that will make my life better?
3. Will this purchase or decision matter on Tuesday?
4. Do I let my mistakes define me?
5. If Jesus is the answer, what is the question?
6. Do I have at least one person who can “hear me” in a non-judgmental way?
7. Do my memories exceed my imaginations?
8. Are rules more important than people?
9. What age do I think I will be when I die?
10. Am I living someone else’s life?
11. Do my relationships (my path) enlarge me or diminish me?
12. Am I kind to myself?
Which question impacts you the most?
